I have a question about eating primal and unintended weight loss. I started eating mostly primal (basically no grains, no sugar) almost 8 weeks ago and have lost 14 pounds. I'm 5'1" and now 115, which I guess is healthy, but feels a little "too" thin to me. I've been in the 125-130 range for most post-childbirth life. I have been trying to eat more fat, more nuts and more fruit, but I'm still losing (in fact, I've lost more weight in the last week with eating more than I did before). Is this normal for eating primal? I'm not hungry, and I am very active. Did anyone else have this experience when you went primal and how did it all even out?
I have to eat alot primal or not. I am 5'5" and 113lbs. And that is eating all the time. I find that starches like potatoes and sweet potatoes are the best for me keeping the weight on as I can only handle so much fats.
