Names with "z" or z sound in the middle

Thread Starter

My first DC's name starts with Z.  I don't want second DC's name to start with Z, but a Z or z sound in the middle would be good to make them sound like they go together.  I'm looking for both boy and girl names like Elizabeth, Jasmine, Esme, or Ezra.  Any suggestions?

Thanks!  lurk.gif

Erasmus (depending on how you pronounce it) or Rasmus, which is the Germanic version & a common name in Sweden, Denmark, etc.

Wednesday.  I think.  I've said it out loud a few times, it sounds to me like there is a "z" sound in there, but it's not as obvious as in your examples.

Some names that end in -iah, like Josiah, Isaiah... there may be others, those are all come to mind right away.  Boaz has it at the end.  Moses/Mosiah.

Is Desi pronounced like a "Z"?  Alexander/Alexandria.  Josie.  Pansy.  Susan/Susanna.  Amzi (male, pronounced em-zi).  Isidore.  Casimir.

Some of these names are borderline... you can say them with a soft or hard "s," so I'm not sure if they fit the bill.
