Implantation: What symptoms could be related?

I was at day 9 pov, at an open house and got really dizzy, stayed that way all day... Walking down steps was crazy, felt like I was falling.  Could this be a symptom of implantation?  We have been trying for 3 months since I had my tubes untied.  I sure hope this is the time.

It's hard to tell.  Dizziness is sometimes reported as an early pregnancy symptom, but isn't a sure sign that your pregnant.  Unfortunately, you're going to have to wait a little longer to know for sure whether this is your month.  Good luck.

I had two brief dizzy/light headed spells last cycle, at 6 dpo and 10 dpo - and I was really wondering the same thing that you are.

As it turned out, I wasn't pregnant, so I guess what I am saying is, you really can't tell much from symptoms - you just have to wait and see if AF turns up.  Hope this is your month!

Agreed... dizziness is often a sign of pregnancy, but most pregnancy symptoms are also PMS symptoms and vice versa because a lot of the same hormones are involved.  Usually after implantation the hCG needs to build up for a day or two prior to experiencing any pregnancy symptoms (though I know some women report symptoms before implantation could even occur between 6 and 12 DPO). So by 9 DPO this is certainly a possibility.  With my first I started getting morning sickness around 8 DPO and sore nipples about a week later.  Dizziness and other symptoms followed shortly.

You're 12 DPO now?  You would likely get an accurate result on an HPT.  Have tested yet?
