We do!! We CD DD but took a little break because our home is being renovated. I can't wait to break out my newborn prefolds and covers. For that stage my favorite are green mountain prefolds and thirsties covers. They contained the NB explosions amazingly well.

I did some reading on the Chinese diapers on Ebay, and Sunbaby seems to be the favorite for quality. They aren't too bad - new they're around $5-$10 depending on price. Usually they ship from the US, so they must have people buy a lot from the factory or have someone out here ship. I got 7 used diapers and they are pretty nice looking. They don't have an internal gusset like some brands, but I can't complain for the price.
