Please give me advice about doing IVF again ...

DH and I have very unexpectedly decided to try and have another baby :)

I just saw my new reproductive endocrinologist and my head is spinning.

I have PCOS and dh has low morphology. We went through years of treatments and finally got pregnant five years ago with my dd through IVF and ICSI.

Apparently everything in the IVF world is very different from five years ago. What is this whole birth control thing? All the meds and schedule and requirements and odds ... everything is different. I'm kind of overwhelmed.

What is the best place to start getting caught up with the way everything works now? I'd really appreciate any advice you ladies have.

I just scanned down the first page and found this...sorry my response is a little late :)

You should come join us on the Fall IVF thread.  We did IVF in 2009 and got our DD.  So much has changed even in the last 2 years with vitrification and new "mediums" for the embryos.

There are many great ladies over there and we would love your company.  It seems like everyone has a different protocol and lots of great advice.  Hope to see you there!
