Does anyone know how I lower the shoulder strap height for my RF YO. When I raised the head rest the straps sit above his shoulders and I believe they should be even with or below. I only see one slot the shoulder belt comes out of.

You turn the crank/dial on the side.  It raises the headrest and the harness straps.  The straps must be at or below his shoulders.

Thank you! I turned the dial to raise the head rest but didn't notice the shoulder straps moved as well! Sorry for my stupidity! Thanks for your reply.

It's not stupid.  Sometimes that little flap of fabric gets caught up (especially on fuzzier covers) and it's not obvious when the straps have moved.  I'm glad you have it sorted!
