Again with the Student Loan (Canada)

Does anyone have a copy of the "maximum income guidelines" for interest relief for Canada Student Loans? So frustrating that they keep telling you that you qualify if your income falls within those parameters, but fail to offer up the actual parameters. All the links I find are dead or are error messages. Grr!

We're a family of 4, and I'm the only one with a loan (federal).

I thought they'd changed the interest relief programs to a repayment assistance program.  It has a calculator here:

The new Repayment Assistance Plan replaces the Interest Relief and Debt Reduction in Repayment measures. Borrowers who were approved for Interest Relief and Debt Reduction in Repayment before August 1, 2009, may remain on these programs until their approved period ends. However, they have the option to apply for the Repayment Assistance Plan at any time.
