Ameda vs PIS

I have used both PIS n Ameda. Both have larger flanges and adapters available to accommodate any size nipple. But the sanitary design of Ameda won my vote.

Your local breastfeeding/medical supply store should have them or you can order them online. All of ur replacement membrane parts are available that way too.

I haven't used the PIS, only the Symphony in the hospital. I have the Ameda Purely Yours at home and the only thing I don't like about it really is that the flanges are slightly opaque instead of being totally clear, so it can be hard to see if the milk is coming out--harder than it was with the clear Medela flanges.
