Ovulating!

Those that read charts &or do them, does it look like a normal chart to you?

I was diagnosed w/ PCOS in June and changed my diet and started exercising. After losing almost 20 lbs so far, I finally had a cycle and now with this temp dip AND positive OPK, I actually think I might be ovulating. Like normally. What do you think. I mean compared to my last chart it actually looks NORMAL!!!

Hello again!  The temp dip and OPK+ could indicate a spike is headed your way tomorrow so definitely keep DTD.  But it's really hard to know if it will actually happen b/c a temp dip isn't a requirement to O and one temp doesn't make a pattern so we'll really need to wait out the next 4 temps to see in anything happens.  OPK+... well it could indicate O within the next 24-36 hours or it could mean you're building to a peak day a day or two from now or it could mean nothing.  Like Vivica said, CF data would really be helpful here- confirming that you're gearing up to O.  It would also help to interpret any possible temp rise you get in the next few days.  So definitely mark if you're getting creamy or EW during this time and when you go dry.  Good luck!

I actually was recording cm for quite awhile. But in all seriousness it was all about the same, there would be a few days I was dry, then a lot of EW many days. Maybe now with my regular cycle it would be different @ different times of my cycle. I will have to start recording it again. Thanks ladies! We BD last night and will continue probably the rest of this week. Just in case! :) I will keep you updated! :)

Women who have longer cycles will tend to get patch after patch of creamy and EW with a few sticky or dry days in between b/c their bodies are continually attempting to O.  But if this cycle is different, then you should be in a patch of creamy/EW right now and after the temp shift it should dry up for a day or so at least.  I really think  it would be worth recording that so not only can you see how it is working in this potentially new cycle, but also so that you can start to understand your pattern better for the future (if you don't get a BFP this time).
