I bottle feed her and noticed that she already has teeth. I guess she can be weaned already. Do I just put a saucer of milk in front of her?

Are you sure she's 2-3 weeks old? Check this guide: http://www.rescueguide.com/orphkits.html. When the kitten is ready to start eating "solid" food, you can make canned kitten food into a slurry with some KMR and put it in a dish. You very well might need to scoop some onto your finger and wipe it onto the roof of the kitten's mouth so they get the idea. Once they taste it, they will usually figure out that they want to eat it and how to do that. Be sure you're using KMR (Kitten Milk Replacer) or the equivalent, and not regular milk of any kind (like cow's milk) until the kitten is eating regular kitten food on its own.

I taught my kitten, Tigger, how to eat solid foods by mixing it with some KMR formula until it was very runny and mushy.  I then put it in a special feeding syringe, just so he could get a taste of what solid foods taste like.  After 2-3 days of doing this, I put the solid mixture on a small dish and let him dig in.  He sniffed at it at first, but then started to eat a little bit of it.  I still supplement his diet with some KMR mixed up and put in a tiny saucer, so he can practice lapping liquids.

Four Paws makes a feeding syringe called the Easy Feeder.  The one that is tapered into a cone shape can be cut to adjust how large the hole is, and this is the syringe I used to introduce him to solids.  The other syringe that comes in the package is a thin tapered tip, and this is what I used to feed him formula, since Tigger wouldn't drink from a bottle.

There is also a special dry cat food called Royal Canin Babycat, that the lady at the local feed store told me to get for Tigger.  It has super tiny kibbles that are easy for a kitten to chew while they are getting their milk teeth.  I just mixed it with the KMR to make it soft enough for him to chew at first.  I also am using Wellness Kitten canned food, because its the only natural kitten food I could find. I also got some high calorie gel for kittens called Nutri-Cal Kitten, which is malt flavor and is just for kittens.  Tigger loves this stuff, and it will help him get all the nutrients he needs while he is weaning off of formula.  I got this at Petco.com

Hope this helps!
