I noticed that my arm and leg feel like it is going a little numb when I carry my 6 week old in the moby. I wonder if I am pinching a nerve when I wear it? It isn't completely numb but feels like my circulation is poor. I love wearing it and would hate to give it up!

I never got the hang of a wrap, was more of a MT, SSC, and RS girl. Â So, hopefully someone more experienced with wraps will chime in. Â However, I once suffered through a few pinched nerves in my shoulder after carrying a sick baby for a couple days straight in the ring sling. Â I like my carriers tight, and it was more than my normal usage, so those were definitely contributing factors. Â But seriously some of the worst pain I'd ever been in. Â I'd make sure that everything is even, the fabric is spread out as much as possible, and that baby isn't hanging too low. With my MT, strapping DD on in a high carry helped alleviate a lot of strain on my shoulders and back.
Â
ETA: Â I know the feeling you're talking about. Â Not numb, but definitely not right. Â I ignored it and ended up with pinched nerves. Â That's what caught my eye about your post. Â Hopefully someone will respond who can actually help you adjust the wrap!
