Earliest positive with a $ store test?

Just wondering how many days past ovulation were you when a Dollar Store test worked?  I'm really trying to hold out until 14 DPO.  Will power is fading. smile.gif

Ahh i was wondering the same question...im 10 dpo today and i think i might go buy 3... for 11, 12, 13 DPO and save my FRER test for 14 dpo... im a POAS junkie im pretty sure lol

I posted some pics of my super faint BFP on a Dollar Tree at 9dpo. Took another DT HPT this afternoon and the test line is as dark as the control line.

I've been doing some reading and found that the chance of an earlier positive depends on implantation day.  If implantation is later, then the positive might show up later.  Which is sometimes a few days after AF is supposed to arrive.

 

WaitingForKiddos, that is so exciting that you were able to get a BFP 9 DPO.  I see the line in those photos as well.

 

Yesterday I really wanted to head to the $ store.  Maybe I'll get there sunday or monday.  AF is due monday.  One time I got AF right as I was POAS.  There was my proof!  So we'll see!

well i POAS today as soon as i woke up (11dpo) and it was a BFN. Still holding out hope it could be positive at 14dpo.

TTC thread crashing.  I was positive on a Dollar Tree one with DS1 a week out.  I LOVE Dollar Tree EPTs.  BTW, that's where our local health department buys theirs!

caedenmomma, Thank you for letting us know about the $ store tests.  I have heard that they can be quite sensitive.

im 12dpo and had some bleeding this morning...not bleeding after an hour so idk what in the world to think....ugh

How are you doing MrsMcG?  My sister-in-law has spotting at the start of her pregnancies.  Has that ever happened to you?  I'm sorry that you had bleeding today, either way.

Thank you to everyone for your responses.  Now I know that $ Store tests can be quite sensitive.  I'll definitely keep this in mind.  AF is due tomorrow.  Part of me wants to go to the $ store right now.  There's another part of me that just wants to wait and see if AF comes.  I always get so sad when I see a negative result.  I know I'll be sad either way.  I guess this is how I know I really want another baby!
