Intact-friendly pediatrician in Connecticut

I've seen people looking for intact-friendly pediatricians, so I thought I would let people know about mine, Dr. Friedman, in Southington, Connecticut. During our prenatal visit, she went through all the pros and cons of circumcision, then supported our decision NOT to circumcise.  She warned us to never pull back on the foreskin, and to make sure that no other healthcare provider ever forces the foreskin back.  She explained to us that forcing it back could cause it to scar tightly, making it necessary to have a circumcision done later on.   At checkups, she very gently assesses the tightness of the foreskin, and tells us she'll let us know when it can be safely retracted for washing.  She warned us that this might not happen until puberty hormones are active, and that this is normal.

Did anyone ever start a list of intact-friendly pediatricians?  I'd like to add her to it.

I think its great that this doctor is supportive of intactness & warned you not to pull back on the foreskin & not to let others.  I do wonder though, how does "she gently assess the tightness of the foreskin?"  the child should be the only one to manipulate their foreskin (the only exception I can think of to this is needing to have a catheter which DOES NOT require retraction).  and, the child again, should be the one to retract for washing.  And, from what I've read here, one occassion of forcible retraction does not lead to the need for circumcision.  And, even if there is a problem w/ the foreskin being too tight after puberty, there are multiple ways to deal w/ it which do not include circumcision as the first treatment option.
