Healthy spermies...

What are some of the tips you ladies have heard for making lots of healthy sperm?  I just thought it couldn't hurt you know?  I have heard something about Vitamin E-- is there anything else?  And, lifestyle changes for men that you've heard of?

Vitamin B12 is supposed to help increase both count and motility (though studies about this are all over the place. My DH takes a multi and b complex (supposedly better absorption when taken with other b vitamins). You probably already know this one, but stay away from hot tubs, saunas, bicycles, tight clothing, hot things on his lap (computer). Acupuncture/tcm. I have read incredible posts of how acupuncture has increased sperm count and function!  My DH recently started acupuncture. One benefit I have noticed (and that the acupuncturists "warned" me about) is increased sex drive. So if you are having trouble getting him to BD back to back days that is a benefit! Maca root is also good for sex drive, not sure about sperm though...might be worth some research.

Zinc is a big one.  A man uses up zinc en every ejaculation, and most of us are deficient already.  DH eats an oyster every time we DTD.  Also, men who eat organic food have double the sperm count of men who eat conventionally grown/raised food.
