What to plant and when to plant it.

Hello Everyone!

We recently relocated from the high desert of Oregon to Asheville, NC and are THRILLED with our home produce garden and the extended growing season in this area. One of the motivating factors for our move as to be able to start to supply the food for our family needs and share that experience with our daughter. We would like to utilize our raised beds throughout the year and are now looking for a website, book or other resources that will help us learn what to plant at what time of year. Do y'all have any insight or can you guide us in the right direction to find such resources?

Thanks in advance!

Warmly,

-Stacey

Here is the planting guide for where I live.  If you go more towards the bottom it has more crops and planting guides for the Fall.

If you go to your county Ag Extension office you may find a better resource for your specific area.
