Doulas and VBA2C in Salt Lake City area?

I have a friend who wants a VBA2C (both were unnecesareans) and she knows she wants a doula so I need doula references. But she's not sure if she wants to birth in hospital, at home or in a birth center. Does anyone have any references for midwives and OBs that are VBA2C friendly?

University Hospital is very vbac friendly. I had my vba2c with twins there. The Birthcare Healthcare midwife team there is great too. Many of the OBs there are willing to do vba2c as well. I haven't used a doula but I've heard that Angie Rosier is really great, and I've met one that's here on MDC and she was really nice.
