Transitioning my family into Raw and need some info pls ..ALSO HELP WITH JUICING TOO

I hope there are some Raw foodists here. I have been on the Raw food Talk forums and got nothing there...so hopefully someone can help me here

 

So here is the plan...after a buch of research Hubby and I decided it would be best if our family switched over to a Raw food diet. We are doing this for health reasons and weight loss for me....but all together healthy. We want our children to grow up eating fresh healthy foods and after a bit of research it amazes me how much Raw foods do for our body!

 

So...we are a family of 7. Hubby and I and 5 children. Ages 8,6, 3,2 and 10 months. 10 month old is on formula as I was not able to produce breast milk. Id like to get her off from it. Not sure what to replace or if I should be replaceing? She has had very little solids...grandpa gives her a bite of this and that when he is around. Other than that she is strictly on formula...she can definatley start solids. She has one bottom tooth and can gum her solids very well.

 

Hubby and I are going to do a 10 day juice fasting (im doing 10  days) he is shooting for 60. So I have some questions about that as well.

When juicing how much juice should I be drinking daily? Everyday and how much at a time? 
Is there a list anywhere online of certain things I need to make sure I add into my juice? 
Juiceing is not the same as green smoothies right? Just want to be sure?
Do I add water to my juice? Curious...would I have to buy the distilled water? 
Are there any supplements that I need to take while juiceing?
Where can I find some great recipes for a beginner juicer?

 

I also am wondering about transitioning the kids over. Ive read so much that I dont even know what I am reading. So I jhave a few questions about the kids as well. 

 

I read ALOT obout Raw kids and deficiantcies. Does this depend on the child and how do I know if my child is getting enough of a certain vitamin?

I read somewhere that I should be adding the following to my childrens diets once a day...if so...does anyone know why or how much?

   -golden/goji berries, Msm, Hemp and chia seeds, B12 and Raw vegan D3...???

I also read that u shouldnt give children Raw cacao until the age of 4...but it didnt say why

Could someone explain what E3live is to me?

Are there certain things I shouldnt be giving me children alot of?

 

ok..some other questions I have are:

Are all pure extracts cosidered raw? Can I use all extracts?

 

 

 

I have so many questions that I cant find the answers to on the web...Im really mostly looking to keep my kids healthy on Raw....I dont want their teeth to rot or them to be missing any vitamins becuase I wasnt educated enough to maintain them healthy. Im really worried about not giving them something they need...how much veggie do I give them, how much fruit, how much nuts and seeds? YIKES?! Its very overwhelming to me and stressing me out like CRAZY!  Is there a pyramid for Raw, LOL...Can anyone give me some tips?

Re juicing - I would buy a good juicing book, like  "The juice lady's guide to juicing for health" by Cherie Calbom (there are other books about juicing by the same author), and start from there. It has recipes and "how much at a time" kind of information for beginners.
