I am 10 weeks as of yesterday, and i am sure of this date. Â This is my 5th pregnancy- all of which were carried full term, and born healthy. Â I am 39 and will be 40 when this baby is born. Â Here is what i am hoping you can help me with. Â I have been extremely sick all day every day, which has NEVER happened to me before and super super tired. Â Im very uncomfortable and feel like I can't catch my breathe. Â I have been to the doctor once but she will not schedule and u/s until i am at least 20 weeks. Â I think I am feeling some movements as far as butterflies, but seems like everyone else thinks im wacky. Â Can anyone tell me if these symptoms of bieng so sick are normal and if the movements are possible please??

I would say that if you are super tired, might just be a symptom.Thought movement at 10 weeks is not likely, who knows. Do you think it could be multiples? I would go with your instincts. If you think something is off get it checked out. If your current provider won't do it. Find someone who will. Praying for you!!! Update when you find out.

How are you doing with vomiting and nausea? Have you lost any weight? Did they check beta levels at the beginning of the pregnancy? I'd be concerned about multiples if they haven't tested. If you are exhausted from vomiting all day or being nauseated, that is understandable. I had hyperemesis and would collapse in bed by 6pm from fatigue. It takes a lot out of you to not only grow a baby, but the hormones and vomiting will really make you exhausted.

I agree you should go with your intuition and get it checked out if you really feel something is not right.
That said, I could barely function for most of the first trimester with both of my pregnancies--nausea and fatigue is totally normal (a sign of a strong pregnancy even!) and it could be that you've just been lucky to not have those symptoms in your other pregnancies.
B vitamins, vitamin D, and omega 3s are all important things to be getting enough of, and might make you feel better...
