Do any of you know the average (or range) cost for a nanny in western MD? I live in Hagerstown. I will have 3 kids, 4, 2, and newborn, and may only need care for 3 days - I'm not sure yet, DH is waiting to find out if he is getting a new job. Also, where would I find one? I am really uncomitted to this for now sense I think it will be more expensive and I love our home DCP so much...but, I do feel like I should look into other options.
