Shipping milk?

I need to ship around 150-180oz (depending on what I have stored by then) from Dallas to Iowa. How should I pack it for 2 day shipping? (Cheap but efficient.)

Hi! A couple of weeks ago I shipped 240 oz from Ohio to SC 2-day with UPS. I packed the milk in a 12x12x12 inch insulated box with 15 lbs dry ice. But do some calls ahead of time before you pack because we were given a really hard time about the quantity of dry ice. Finally we had to make our local UPS ground facility call their own haz-mat line because they wouldn't believe us that they said there was no limit on the quantity of dry ice they were allowed to ship. Anyway the milk arrived safely and hard as a rock even in 90 degree temps. Good luck!
