Saturday I didn't work out, instead I stood at a booth selling my yarn/fiber at the farmers market from 730-1130 am, then stood at a table handing out liquor samples from 1-7 pm. After getting woken up by my phone at 345 and never really getting back to sleep, thankyouverymuch.  Was muchly tired.  Feeling better today!

 

Incidentally, I am seeing a lot of progress in many of my yoga poses.  Have soooo much to learn, but am heading in the right direction!

8/2  -  75 minutes total  - 65 running and 10 cooling down and stretching

8/2  -  60 minute running with the cross country team

8/4  -  75 minutes running with cross country team

8/5  -  55 minutes running

8/8  -  45 minute in the gym, elliptical and weights 

8/10 - 30 minutes walking

8/11 - 60 minutes easy workout with xc team

8/12 - 75 minute run/cool down/stretch

8/13 -  90 minute walk through xc trails cleaning for meet

8/14 -  55 minute run

8/15 -  30 minute walk with xc team and stretches

8/16 -  30 minutes walking and stretching

8/17 -  75 minutes   20 running and then 55 with team running and doing circuit training

8/18 -  45 minutes running

8/20 -  60 minutes running in charleston

8/21 -  40 minutes running in charleston

8//23 -  45 minutes running

8/25 -  30 minute strength and light jog

8/26 -  60 minutes trail running

8/29 -  60 minutes trail running

8/31 -  30 minute with xc team
