Saturday I didn't work out, instead I stood at a booth selling my yarn/fiber at the farmers market from 730-1130 am, then stood at a table handing out liquor samples from 1-7 pm. After getting woken up by my phone at 345 and never really getting back to sleep, thankyouverymuch. Was muchly tired. Feeling better today!

Incidentally, I am seeing a lot of progress in many of my yoga poses. Have soooo much to learn, but am heading in the right direction!
