DH came home yesterday and mentioned a news report about Arizona trying to implement a new law about children's immunizations, something along the lines of a young kid (who was not vaxed) contracted measles. His parent's took him to the hospital, where he came in contact with other unvaxed children who also contracted measles adding up to a total of some 30 cases in the state. Anyway he mention that Arizona was now talking about a new law (which still technically allows you to say no to vax) allowing the state to prosecute you for public endangerment if you refuse to vaccinate your kids or yourself....

DHÂ can't remember where he heard it and so far the only thing about forced immunization I've been able to find is for gardesil only.... has anyone else heard anything about this?

I hope this new law doesn't go through.  It's becoming a police state.
