Remember that OPK's indicate ovulation may occur within 24-36 hours after you get a positive.  Did you take that into account when counting DPO? Also remember, OPK's do not confirm ovulation. They will show you when you are gearing up to O, but you could gear up and not actually O. Many normal things can delay O like stress, travel, injury, illness, diet changes, strenuous exercise, etc. Did you notice a patch of fertile CF with your OPK+'s? Have you noticed a second patch of fertile CF after that? It is entirely possible that you O'd a few days later than you think or even a week or more later if O was delayed more. This is why temping is so helpful- it will confirm O for you and take the mystery out of frustrating situations like this. So you may only be 11 DPO or even earlier, which for many is not far enough along to get an accurate result on an HPT. I would wait it out another few days and test again, but if you get another BFN and AF still doesn't show, know that a BFP or AF could still be coming a few days after that if your O was delayed longer. There are other reasons for very delayed bleeding and BFN's (cysts) but they are not common. I know it's hard to wait, but I really think you'll have your answer in a few days. Good luck!
