Hi All!!
Happy to join in the community! I am just over 6 months pregnant, due in Novemeber and thoroughly excited! I saw there weren't many yoga classes for moms and babies, and moms to be. I am a yoga instructor and this past spring I studied prenatal and mommy and me yoga so I could provide this to northern nj moms! I am currently teaching prenatal yoga in Ramsey at Yoga Synthesis and in Fair lawn at Life Movement. I am also teaching Mommy and Baby Yoga at Life Movement in Fair lawn! And finally, for moms with little ones 10 months to 3 years, I am creating a music and movement class.... I will keep you posted on that as well!! I also teach in home classes, private and small groups if you can't get away and still want to get your yoga on! Email me at dianelutzyoga@gmail.com.
Additionally, I started a meet up group for moms and moms to be. I announce my classes there but we also meet up to go walking at times, and are talking about getting together for a knitting group.... Great way to meet up with other moms who want to have play dates!
