OK if I count 40weeks from my O date it's May 22nd. That site said it was May 8th. That is a big difference.

 

How do you add 9 months LOL How many days do you do 30X9?

Hi Batia! Welcome to this thread! Thanks for sharing that link! I was looking for the Happy PMS, but couldn't find it on Amazon. This is what I mentioned in my previous post:Progestelle. If I can't find any locally I might order this.

lol.gif 'Kay, here's how it works: Assuming you O'd August 16th, count 9 months forward (so sept, oct, nov, etc, etc) which gets you to May 16th. Then subtract 7 days, which gets you May 9th, so pretty close.

 

If you want to do it by adding 40 weeks, you need to add 40 weeks starting from the first day of your last menstrual period, based on the assumption that you ovulate on day 14. A 40 week pregnancy actually includes the 2 weeks before you ovulate. I've always thought that was ridiculous but that's the way it works.

WOW thanks! That is all very confusing LOL I'm going with May 9th! I went to an interview with a HB MW and she told me I'd be due June 7th...maybe she did it from August instead of July??? (she did it from my last AF) Hmmmm maybe she's not the one LOL

That's a pretty big red flag!!  But maybe she was really tired from a birth . . .

sosurreal - My DD was born on May 10th!  Yay for your proper due date lol.gif

 

I am about to put together the September thread.  Will post it when it's up.

 

Oh, and I had a temp spike today!  yay!
