It is with great sadness in my heart that I must share our terrible news. We went to the Midwife yesterday for a routine visit and she was not able to find a heartbeat. They sent us over to perinatology where the u/s confirmed that our baby had passed away a few days ago.

We will be going to the hospital today so I can deliver her via induction. We want to know what was wrong with her and to be able to hold her before we let her go.

I don't know what to do with myself and I dread going into L&D to have this done, though I know I must.

My heart is absolutely broken.
