I DID IT!!!

I just gave my work notice that I will not be back from Mat leave..... I'm scared and excited to be a SAHM!!! I've been at home the past year on Maternity leave but now that's it... I'm really truly a SAHM.  YAY!

I just wanted to share my excitement with others!

Congratulations! You will never have to know that pain of leaving your child while you go off to work during the day. I felt like my heart was falling out of my chest. It faded eventually but I only think it was because some part of me died a little. I lasted about 6 months (had to because husband was unemployed) then called it quits once he found a job.

So happy for you. <3

Congrats! I quit my job 2 months ago and it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Enjoy it!

I echo the congratulations! I have thoroughly enjoyed being home with my children and watching them grow and being able to go on field trips, pick them up from school, spend ALL summer long with them, and never had to watch them cry as I pull away from the daycare. I loved it so much that I decided to do it again! I went to school and work when all three kids were enroled in school, but I realized that they need me here more, so I decided to do home daycare.  I have honestly never been happier. I wish you the same. :)
