great getaway locations in Willamette Valley or Oregon Coast?

My sister (near Salem) has volunteered to watch our kids so we can go on a mini-vacation by ourselves.  We'd like to stay at a place (eco-lodge, resort, hotel, B&B, etc.) that has sustainable practices & is aware of health & other issues.  I eat a specialized diet, too, so awareness/flexibility with that would be awesome if they also serve food.  I can think of a few places around here (Washington State), but am not as familiar with Oregon.  Anything come to mind?

Breitenbush Hot Springs

They offer retreats and workshops, but you can also stay on a "personal retreat." There is a daily schedule of meditation, yoga, and dance classes - all of which are completely optional. Natural hot springs and hiking trails. There are various accommodations, including cabins and tents (in the summer.)

They serve three organic vegetarian meals daily, and you can request the "special diet" option for dairy-free and gluten-free. The food is very good.

Breitenbush is located near Detroit, OR, so it would be about an hour and fifteen minutes from Salem.

Breitenbush is off the grid and they use geo-thermal power from the hot springs to run the center. They also compost, recycle, and grow an organic garden.

My husband and I went there for two nights, and afterwards my husband said that he felt like he had just has two weeks off.

Another enthusiastic vote for Breitenbush!  The clothing-optional thing is different, but it was so relaxing.

Depending on how far you want to drive, there's a few other excellent places to enjoy sans kids:

http://www.wildspring.com/- this is on the southern coast in Port Orford.  DH and I have been here a few times sans DS and we love it.

We also love Lithia in Ashland (again, quite a long drive)  http://www.ashlandinn.com/hotel-ashland-oregon.html

Tu Tu Tun Lodge.  The king rooms with the outdoor soaking tubs are amazing:  http://www.tututun.com/l_r_king-fire-tub.html

Just wanted to let you all know that we splurged & went to Le Puy: a Wine Valley Inn near Newberg.  It was absolutely fabulous, and a great place to relax & rebalance.  The 8 rooms are inspired by Feng Shui elements, and we stayed in Earth (loved that we could hear the water fountain outside when the windows were open).  I can't wait to go back & stay in some of the other rooms--they're beautiful & unique.  We loved sitting on the deck, enjoying the marvelous view of fields, hills, and horses (reminded us of Italy).  The air was fresh, it was such a balanced place, and it was quite luxurious.  The hosts were warm & friendly, had great recommendations for the area, and gave us as much space as we wanted.  The best part of the experience was feeling valued & loved even though I can be a pain to cook for.  They went out of their way to give me what I needed (gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free), and my breakfast was delicious and very satisfying.  They feature local, organic foods.  I also ate well and was treated like a normal person at the Newberg restaurant they suggested: Recipe.

We left feeling refreshed & feel balanced, and we were happy to see our kids again.
