2nd time and beyond mamas - Page 3

I hope my kiddos want to hang around with us, too!  I do think having more kids, rather then taking my attention away from my older kids, helps keep me focused on *all* of my children.  If I were to say okay no more in a drastic way (DH getting the big snip, etc.) I think I would feel like I had to move one and work , etc.  But this keeps me grounded.  And my kids do love each other--and are good friends.

I'm on #3, but I hope to be where so many of you are in the future.  There are 8 kids in my family and 6 in my husband's, and we'd love at least 6.  I have always loved being part of a big family, even if I haven't always gotten along with every one of my siblings ;)  There are always a few more to get along with!

Does anyone want to kick their DP in the teeth right now?  I feel like I'm getting so much less sympathy this time around.  It sucks, because I know DH will be great in labor and he's a great dad, but geez, right now I could stand for him to cut me some slack.  Like just because last pg was easy this one should be too...and it is, mostly, but geez. 

Maybe its just hormones.

I just think we should get a little pass to take it easy because we know the road ahead!  You have to take it easy, so you don't get burnt out and totally fried.  ((hugs)).  My DH is kind of the same way.... he doesn't like to listen to me whine ;)

Bwahahaha! I know just how you feel! My dh is really doing well this time, but he hasn't always. I think he finally realized how draining pregnancy is on me with #5. He was very helpful last time and is doing everything I don't this time (instead of letting it all pile up until I feel better or get mad and do it).

I am so moody!  It is driving me nuts.  Everything is making me mad or cry.  ugh.  I am still not "out" with this pregnancy so my friends just think I am nutz-o!  Hope all the mamas are doing well.  I am so loving my kids though.  They could do anything and I still am just so in love with them all.... strange these hormones!
