Implantation Breakout?

Anyone have this before (followed by a BFP, of course)?

On 7 DPO I had a dip (implantation dip?) on my chart and a huge pimple on my cheek that morning.  I normally breakout when I ovulate and then, less so, when AF arrives.  But not normally in between and rarely on my cheek (usually on my chin and around my mouth).

Now my chart is a general mess - it's the first cycle I have been back to temping (temped for DD) and my wakings and sleep are very erratic.  But for the most part I have a sense on what's a normal range for me, I think.  But, of course, there's a chance that this dip[ is just part of the mess.  But my temp bounced right back up the day after and hasn't dipped below the coverline again.

Anyway, any experience with this would be appreciated. :)

I'm not stalking you, I promise!  redface.gif  But I think that my answer to your other post is relevant here as well.  If you experienced a dip in progesterone and/or surge in estrogen when your temp dipped then that is reason enough to break out, implantation or no implantation.  As you mentioned, though, if you're dealing with fairly erratic temps then one dip may not have any hormonal or pregnancy-related significance.   From what I've read, implantation dips tend to be pretty dramatic, dipping well below the coverline.  Can you post a link to your chart?
