Tastefully Simple

This is a relatively new company started in 1995. They sell gourmet foods that are either open-and-consume or just add one or two ingredients via in-home taste-testing parties. They were the first company to do this. The products are great and the parties are very fun. Bookings are fairly easy to come by as a result, and sales are pretty good. The only downside that I would say is that the company is still fairly new so they're not quite on par with companies such as Mary Kay, which has been around for 40 years. More specifically, their products are simple, but their manual is a bit overwhelming. Hopefully over time they will learn to simplify the business more because I think it has great potential. If you're looking to get in at ground level in a great company, this company would be a great opportunity. Most of the consultants are SAHMs, so if that's what you are, you'll find great friends there too.

Love It!

I am a Tastefully Simple consultant, and I LOVE it. I really enjoy the quality of the food, and we USE the products in our own home. This is a second income for us, since my husband just went back to school full-time. My biggest desire is to be a stay-at-home wife and mother. We also are planning on medical treatments or adoption this summer, so we will need income for that also. We have had a difficult time conceiving a child, but I'm already on the SAHM boards, because I know that I will be there someday! It keeps me motivated

I am currently starting my team, and I am always looking for people to join. I love to encourage people, and I know if you're on my team your going to be successful! I also offer team incentives, which I feel help boost excitement about selling. I also firmly believe that technology is the way to go, and if you pay $5 a month on the site, you can send email invites and thank-you's. It also has a calendar for me to keep track of dates (which is essential when already working a full-time job!)

The initial investment is small, and as a full-time teacher, it is very manageable around my schedule. Also, the taste-testing parties are FUN, and you don't have to worry about people not liking your products!
Please email me if you are interested, I am VERY please with the decision I made. brandste@pa.net
