Anyone else using an at breast supplementing device?

Ive had trouble with low milk supply ever since DD was born 7mos ago. Ive tried everything to increase milk supply...im on the younger side so it might be that my glands are fully developed. Is anyone here using an SNS? I dont bottle feed her at all (she doesnt like it) so we just use the sns with a bit of organic formula everytime we nurse. Im not sure what I will do as she gets older... because I dont think I have enough milk for that to be her only source. I really want to keep breastfeeding for several years...

Yep, I used an SNS for 18 months with my first son and a little bit during the newborn period with DS2 while I got my supply up. I used a Lact-Aid (http://www.lact-aid.com/) which is IMO exponentially better than the Medela SNS for long-term supplementation.
You absolutely can nurse for as long as you both want. You'll be able to give your little one as much milk as you can make and all the comfort of the breast.
Breastfeeding is about so much more than the milk!
The good news is that breastfed babies (unlike formula fed babes) don't start drinking larger volumes of milk as they get bigger so the amount of supplement you use will likely remain steady and may decline in the toddler period when most little ones start taking in more food and less milk. For example, my son always needed about 8 ounces of supplement a day to gain well, from birth to about a year. I just kept tabs on his weights to make sure he was gaining steadily and I didn't have to adjust the amount of supplement.
There's lots of good info about infant growth on kellymom.com: http://www.kellymom.com/babyconcerns/growth/weight-gain.html
