Vaginal pain?

Thread Starter

I'm 20 weeks and I've been having these painful twinges in my vagina since, well, pretty much the beginning! I don't *think* it's my cervix (though of course the possibility of something wrong there freaks me out!!!), which is the answer I'm coming up with on every search... I've had pain in my cervix before when DH hit it during intercourse, and this pain seems more in the vaginal walls, sometimes closer to the opening, but still inside. Not so high up. I've had it checked out, and an u/s to check cervical length. So far so good.

Anyone else? Any ideas on what it is?

Just an idea but could it be vulvar pain? Sometimes high oxalates (in foods) can cause vulvar pain.

If it's achy and gets worse as day progresses and worse with sitting it could be varicose veins (you wouldn't be able to see them)
