Long cycles (new)

Thread Starter
Normally I have 32 day cycles. My last cycle was 10 weeks (no pregnancy) and currently I am on CD46, lost count.

I added false unicorn root tincture in that 10 week cycle nothing else new and since stopped.

I'm using the ovacue for ovulation prediction and it is giving me multiple ovulation dates.

I'm not going to induce a bleed until j test of course, but does anyone know of something to help regulate me a bit?

I take vitex, maca, a multi, zinc, d, folic and b12. Been TTC 2 years so something needing medical attention may be up. But for now I'd be happy with something natural until I can see someone.

Ease exhaust any typos, set from my itouch.

Are you charting now or have you charted in the past to see if you're ovulating or just breakthrough bleeding?  Have you had any testing done to determine if you're dealing with cysts or hormonal imbalances?

It seems clear that something has drastically changed for you- I'm sorry that must be very frustrating when TTC!  Has anything been going on in your life or environment that is out of the ordinary?  Travel, extra stress/grief, injury, illness, new exercise routine, major diet changes, etc.?  Many things can affect ovulation, delaying it and thus delaying AF.  Alternatively, a corpus luteum cyst could delay AF by several weeks.  They are benign and usually resolve on their own.

How long have you been taking vitex?  I've read and heard that it often takes up to 6 months to have an obvious effect.

I hope you find some answers soon!  Good luck!
