ANyone else frustrated by the pop-up previews?

I like mouseover pop-up thread previews in other fora, but the functionality of the one that was recently added here seems ... lacking?

They pop up even when I havent hovered over things, just as my mouse moves over the page.  Randomly.  And then they will not go away.  They're also so big that they obscure several thread titles.   

Is this a feature that can be turned off for those of us who are finding it more frustrating than helpful?

You'll need to detail what page you are on and what exactly is occurring. It is not something we can disable for individual accounts.

Ya I don't like this pop up thing either. It gets annoying and causes my browser to run slow when I'm trying to navigate my mouse over a page.
