All my life I have struggled with cavities, I've always been an avid tooth brusher.. twice daily as well as flossing, yet I've ALWAYS had problems with cavities. I know when I was a child it was attributed to a diet deficient in vitamins because we always ate a lot of processed foods and very little whole foods. I also believe genetics comes into play as well though, my dad has very bad teeth.. yet mom or sister has never had one single cavity. Anyways. so here I am as an adult, recently had to drop our dental insurance and unable to see a dentist. I've got a very visible hole/cavity in the side of one of my back molars, it's causing excruciating pain to the whole left side of my mouth and jaw.. there is even a nice painful sore right below it to add on. And sadly I'm sure this is problably only 1 of several current cavities in my mouth. My diet is pretty good. I'm sure to eat fresh fruits and veggies daily, I only drink water and milk. My question is, how can I cure these cavities naturally, is it even possible? Are there some supplements or vitamins or anything I should be taking to help? I totally just don't know where to start with this. Please help.
