Could this strange headache be an early sign of pg??

We've been TTC 19 months...of course I go through this EVERY month thinking that I could be pg...looking for signs and picking apart everything I feel my body doing.

Having said that...I am 9dpo today and since yesterday i've had this strange headache. it's a dull ache that comes and goes throughout the day. at times very intense and other times completely bearable.

could this be a sign of early pregnancy?! i am hoping and praying! anyone ever have this? i am a migraine sufferer, but have never had a headache like this. also, i usually get my migraines right before AF and it's way too early for this to be an AF headache.

i also have mild cramping...what do you think?!

Like you, I've had every possible "symptom" and never ended up pregnant, so I'm really wary of reading too deep into things like headaches.  That said, I feel for you and really hope everything works out. 9dpo is prime implantation time... so there's certainly a possibility.

Certainly could be.  Many women experience worse headaches and migraines while pregnant.  And since you're in the implantation period, it's certainly possible to start having pregnancy symptoms at this point.  But also like IandO said, this type of symptom could be something and could not be.  Same with cramping.

What are your plans for testing?  Sending dust.gifyour way!

THANKS for the sticky dust!!! :)

my FF test day is Tuesday...I'm keeping my fingers scrossed every morning for that high temp and trying to hold out for the test date! I continue to have cramps every day (dull cramps off and on like i did last time i was pregnant) and the headache lasted just two days. 8 and 9 DPO. i am really, really trying not to get the hopes up but it's hard!

i did have a dye test this cycle so i'm wondering if the test could be causing the cramping, but there were no cramps until about 8 DPO.

WISH ME LUCK!!!! :)

Hey, there! I just wanted to send a little hope your way...I was pregnant once before, and unfortunately lost my baby, and I'm still trying...but a migraine headache was one of my first symptoms! I remember feeling like I couldn't take it anymore most of the time. I felt it pretty much instantly, too. So, you could definitely be pregnant! I saw you had posted that you had the dye test recentley, how was that? I have endometriosis and my doctor wants to do that test on me if this HCG shot doesn't work this month! Good luck to you! (:

Hi Morgan! Thanks for this note...I did get a BFP Monday morning! :) :) :) So I am keeping my fingers crossed that this one sticks and is a healthy, full-term pregnancy. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells!

The dye test--it was uncomfortable. I'm not gonna lie. It was NOT by any means TERRIBLE. But it was awkward and uncomfortable. It felt like very bad period cramping BUT the thing that made it bad for me is that you have to lie completely still while it's happening and there will be both a tech and a doctor in the room with you. I ended up with a male doctor, which also made me uncomfortable. It really doesn't hurt when they insert and remove the catheter (just a pinch like your annual pap smear). It was just the extended severe cramping while lying completely still that sucked for me personally and the fact that the doctor was male and I was told I'd have a female. Also, let me say that I've heard women say they didn't have any pain or dicomfort at all with this test. So, I think it just depends on your body. GOOD LUCK TO YOU! Here's the great news....I got pregnant THE CYCLE of this dye test! So maybe you will have the same luck! Best to you!
