I order the tea online through amazon but I think they carry it at big box baby stores like Babies R us.  It's also easy to find here in Portland because it's made here.

I like vitacost.com for a lot of pregnancy stuff like EMAB products, and all their organic food!!  I have not actually tried that tea but I NEED TO because I have BAD  heartburn almost all the time!  Milk helps, ice cream helps alot!  Lol.

The only thing that helps my heartburn is staying away from the food that causes it. I can't eat any baked goods or it's instant heartburn! Really really bad heartburn that lasts a long time. Toast used to give me heartburn in the first tri but I can eat it now. So, maybe see if there's something you're eating before you get the heartburn and try to switch things up?

I feel like this is my answer to everything, but - drink more water. I honestly notice a huge difference in my heartburn when I drink lots and lots of water. Milk helps the acidy heartburn, but not the really painful heartburn.

I can't really afford any more supplements, but I might just try papaya enzyme.

Oh gosh, really??  My pregnancy heartburn is so terrible that ANYTHING, even water (in any amount) makes it worse.  Milk too :(  Like, a bowl of milk and oatmeal in the morning sets it burning!  Mine has been so bad I caved and got a prescription for it.  I think it was so severe during DD's pregnancy that I actually did some damage and now it's even worse.  It starts early in the 1st trimester for me :(

Papaya enzymes! They taste like Certs a bit. And Zantac if it's too bad and I really can't take it anymore!

Oye, I try this but it seems something new everyday is setting it off.  Whole grains, many different veggies, bananas (supposed to be a heartburn remedy, imagine that!), cereals, fried foods, tomatoes of course..... I could go on!  It got really bad my 3rd trimester with DS and I can tell it's starting to flare up more often now... right when I ran out of heartburn tea!  Ahhh!

I've heard Apple cider vinegar is good, but I don't know the proportion (I think you water it down).  Anyone?
