Last year I was horribly ill and couldn't  figure out the problem. I did go to the obgyn practice and had a blood draw and everything came back 'normal' but now i am wondering, since they were low-normal. I got pregnant 1 month later and after the intial first trimester sickness/tiredness i felt better than ever and had a great amount of energy. I am trying to figure out what is wrong but here are my numbers i think are borderline and my symptoms:

TSH 3rd Generation: 1.80 mIU/L normal .40-4.5

T4 Free: .90 ng/dL normal .8-1.8

Red blood cell 3.98 million/uL normal 3.80-5.10

Hemoglobin 12.9/g/dL normal 11.7-15.5

Hemocrit 38.1% normal 35.00-35.00

Symptoms:

these are the most obvious, like affects daily function:

tiredness

headaches

dizziness

joint/muscle ache

not feeling well rested despite getting 8-10 hours sleep (dd is 3 months and usually sleeps 8 hours straight at night

foggy feeling

sensitive to warm and cold

feeling a crash after any type of excersice that lasts hours

heavy periods (though my period hasn't returned)

heart palpitations/shakey feeling, especially after exercise or in heat, IDK I took the kids to the park, mid 80's and felt fine afterward but now I am having half of my symptoms like this for example.

less obvious:

IGT- low milk supply

Difficulty getting pregnant (possible luteal phase defect)

I am going for my yearly pap and wonder if i should go over this again because I will be honest I am scared.  I am having a hard time with this and I need to be able to function normally.
