Help! DH getting the flu night before our 10th anniversary cruise.

I have Influenzinum D-30 in the house I've given him that. Any ideas on how to dose him?

I having him drink apple cider vinegar toddies too. It is 10.30 at night here and we live in the countryside so I can't get anything from a store. I have garlic, but no Vit C.
