Hello, new member from Southern California

Hello!

My name is Heather and my husband and I are planning on trying to conceive next year but in the meantime I'm looking for a warm and welcome place to learn about everything from conceiving to birth to parenting. I have tried a few other places like The Bump and some random forums but nothing has ever felt very safe, I've seen some mean moms who are never wrong! I love Mothering and love the idea of natural birth, breast feeding, attachment parenting, etc but I am not hardcore by any means, just tying to educate myself and my husband so we can make the right decisions and do what comes naturally. Also, I need a place to obsess in general, next year is so far away! :insert appropriate smiley: (too many to choose from)
