I woke up this morning with my left breast being really sore, and when i touched it, there is a decent sized area that is as hard as a rock and it extends from my nipple to my chest....clogged duct, right? how do i deal with this, and what are the signs of mastitis that i should watch out for?
i tried a hot compress and pumping and trying to nurse DS, but nothing seems to help it feel better. how do i know if it get unclogged? i already only nurse from one side per feeding, so i'm also worried about the other side getting clogged now. plus more of DS's top teeth are coming through, and it's making everything even more sore! this stinks!
