who has ever gotten a b6 shot?

did you do it preventively or when you were in "the thick of it" ?? :)

I am going on a plane with my two kkids by myself in two weeks and I am terrified that that is when the puking is going to start full throttle so I am tempted to get a b6 shot.  any thoughts??

I have never gotten B6 in shot form, but I did B12 shots for a couple years to correct a deficiency. Excess B6 can cause issues with your neurological and nervous systems, so I would probably go with pills or sublingual tablets. If you do have a serious deficiency, a shot may be the way to go. It is pretty easy to get your levels tested, so you may want to ask your doctor. My neurologist monitors my B6 levels to make sure I'm in the midrange and not too high or low.

I did a B complex shot before going on a trip a few weeks ago and I didn't notice much help to my all-day nausea :(   Then again, maybe it would have been worse without it?  I also got some phosfood from my ND that seemed to help a bit (and then lost it argh!) and some homeopathic car sickness pellets.  I hope you can find something to help, there is nothing worse then feeling ill while away from your comfy bed!
