Favorite canning recipe book?

Looking for a canning cookbook with some more exciting recipes than those in the BBB.  Anyone have a favorite?  I'm particularly interested in canning prepared foods, like soups and whatnot.

We are interested in canning also but just recently started freezing prepared soup (tomato and chicken) in Ball wide-mouth canning jars.  You just need to leave a 1 inch head space and they freeze up great.

I don't use soup recipes, but you can can any soup, as long as it isn't thickened w/flour (cornstarch is fine).

At this stage in my canning life, I'm too much of a worrywart not to use a recipe.  I know they say to process to the length of the ingredient with the longest processing time.  Is that what you do?

Have you checked out the Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving? Same great resource you can trust, but some great new and different recipes in there, especially in the prepared foods chapter.

For non-Ball books, I like Small Batch Preserving too.
