Pregnancy and toddlers - How to keep the stress level down

I posted this over in the I'm Pregnant forum and not getting any responses so I thought it may be better over here:

I'm 4 months pregnant and have a toddler at home with me.  My little guy is 3 years old. It is an awesome age but at the same time it is a challenging one. My DS is a very active boy, gets into everything, and doesn't particularly like to listen to mommy sometimes. I notice I get pretty stressed out some days where I want to pull my hair out, but at the same time, especially being pregnant, I really need (and want) to keep my stress level down. Anyone have any tips? I exercise daily and that seems to help a tad. I just need to know how to channel my stress in the moment, when he is driving me completely insane!

I am now 32 weeks along & ds will be 3 shortly after the baby arrives - he no longer naps!!! The things that have worked most for me: having other people take him sometimes (my Mom takes him on Fridays, dh takes him for an hour or two some evenings to do things, occasionally mil will take him for a bit) so I can have a mental break - I nap during these times as much as possible. On the days we are home all day I do quiet time - it's not super successful but we're getting there with it. On the days I just don't think I can deal well I try to create an outing - the local drop-in play centre is great for that 'cause all I need to do is show up & he occupied for an hour or two.
