health savings account question (cover yoga classes?)

We are totally new to the whole health savings account thing. Our insurance recently changed and dh's company gave us HSAs in addition to it to help cover deductibles. We only just got it last month. We've been reading about whats covered and dh found that yoga classes are covered if you have a physician's note/diagnosis. So, I'd really LIKE to use the HSA to pay for some prenatal yoga, if I can get away with it. I just can't seem to figure out.. before you go ahead and use the HSA to pay, do you need to get "approval" somehow? Do you just save the note attached to the receipt and hoard it until you send in all the other receipts? And most importantly.. how picky are they going to be? I'm starting the yoga on the advice of my chiropractor after specific complaints. Can my chiro write a note, or does it have to be a "regular" dr? And.. diagnosis? Umm.. does a technical term for "extremely tight <medical term for specific muscle>" count? I really am starting yoga on my chiro's advice! I just don't know if thats "good enough" to use the HSA on it?

On a related note. Anyone know if/how you can use HSAs to pay for things that would legitimately be covered (like, say, copays at prenatal visits) at an office that only takes cash/check?

we've had our HSA/high deductible insurance for about 6 years. I doubt it would cover yoga class, prenatal or not. If you go to the IRS's website, it'll tell you what is eligible and what isn't I believe. Ours is a debit card so I wouldn't be able to use it at a place that doesn't take debit/credit cards but so far everyone takes it that I've used.
