Can anyone recommend some simple therapies or coaching that can enhance a holistic healing program designed to bring the body into balance? I am not talking about psychotherapy or anything that intensely delves into past problems, but something designed to help people identify their goals, strengths, obstacles faced, stress management skills, life management, etc. Something that can help balance the emotional side of healing and living optimally. I am thinking about things like hypnosis and positive thinking, but am also looking for something a little more involved in identifying sources of obstacles and potential sources of satisfaction that can bring a fuller life. If you tried something you liked and had success with, let me know.
