Hi from BC!

Hello from beautiful BC :) 

I have been lurking here for a couple of weeks and love it! what a great place.

A bit about me:

I am 22 and have been with my dear man for about a year now, living together for most of that. He has a big house: we live in the downstairs suite and 3 room mates share the upstairs. We love projects, the latest being a pond/rock work feature in the backyard. Last winter, we started building our permaculture vision for this property with a veggie garden that we are now eating from. We are now doing a lot of berry picking and are starting to gear up for mushroom picking this fall. 

We have a lovely pitbull terrier who is the biggest suck ever though sadly misunderstood by our neighbors. He is my excuse to take some fun time and enjoy the beach or the forest, each two blocks from our house.

DP has an amazing almost 4 year old daughter who I can't get enough of. She is such a delight and I love doing fun things with her and showing her the world. She lives with us half of the time.

SO! The reason I am here is that DP and I are TTC *happy dance*. We decided at the beginning of the year that we would have kids at the end of the summer, and here we are :) We have been unprotected for my current cycle and I'm now waiting to be able to test (about a week and a half). So excited to have a baby in my belly!

It sounds really exciting!!! Wish you the best and keep us posted on your progress :) I'm new here too, I'm also 22 and have been married for a year and 3 mos. We have a 5 month old baby girl. We got pregnant 3 weeks after getting married! Anyways, nice to meet you!
