Hmmm, I live about 35 miles away from Incline, over the mountain, where it doesn't snow as much, so I can't really comment on the scene in Incline. Â I only go there in summer, honestly, because I don't have chains for my car and I don't ski or anything like that. Â We did look at homes in Incline Village when we were looking to buy, and they were pretty pricey at the time, but I don't know what things are like now.
