Proper cleaning is not "imperative". Leaving it alone is! I hate the way intact is seen as dirty. It's so pervasive that I see it all the time even from people who are against circumcision. "Leave you baby intact just make sure you clean them properly." It's like people are afraid it might rot off if a strict cleaning regimen isn't followed. The fact is there is no special cleaning to do.  I've never had to wash my boys since they have been out of diapers, even then it got washed in the bath more often. It gets rinse off in the bath just by sitting in the water. It's just normal. No special cleaning requirements needed.

Can't be stressed enough! No retracting, no cleaning under the foreskin. Clean it just like a finger.
